When he was not yet three years old, he stood at the stove and made his first scrambled eggs. He cracked the eggs himself. No shells.

Fast forward 9 years.

When you ask an astronaut about their earliest memories~ they respond ‘looking at the stars’. Its what inspired them….what made them come fully alive.

For this boy, its not shooting stars that inspire him. Its clarifying butter, roasting a tenderloin, tempering chocolate, studying techniques…

…for he fully comes alive in the kitchen.
